1. Membership is limited to those Mystress invites.
2. Privacy Policy : At Swan Lake we recognize that privacy is important.
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, spanking, disclosure, enclosuer or destruction of data and slaves. These include internal reviews of our data collection, slave storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data including, but not limited to, spankings, whipping, whip creamings, release denial (one of my fav's) and /or tickleing.

3. Proper Use: You agree that you are responsible for your own use of the Service, for any posts you make, and for any consequences thereof. You agree that you will use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, Mystress and international laws, rules and regulations, including any laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from your country of residence and all United States export control laws.
4. You acknowledge and agree that Swan Lake owns all legal right, title and interest in and to the Services, including any intellectual property rights which subsist in the Services (whether those rights happen to be registered or not, and wherever in the world those rights may exist). You further acknowledge that the Services may contain information which is designated confidential by Swan Lake and that you shall not disclose such information without Mystress's prior whipped consent.
